Ingredients:

Almonds
olive oil
black pepper
rosemary
garlic (crushed)
salt

Preparation

Toss all ingredients and roast in a 350 deg oven

 

 

 


Pistachios

Ingredients:

pistachios (toasted)
olive oil
vanilla bean
mint salt

Preparation

Saute toasted nuts in a pan with all ingredients

 

 

 


Walnuts

Ingredients:

walnuts
sesame oil
mild curry powder
sesame seeds

Preparation

Toast with sesame oil.
Mix remaining ingredients and toast again lightly
